Custom Cigar Lounge Cabinetry: Cigar Mojo in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Completed Installation

Architectural Space Integration Challenges

Cigar Mojo’s King of Prussia lounge needed a member locker installation that could serve regular customers without making the room feel chopped up or overbuilt. A locker wall has to do two jobs at once: provide secure personal storage and still look like part of a finished cigar lounge. Door spacing, aisle clearance, customer reach, and the overall height of the banks all mattered.

The layout was developed so the lockers could support a membership program while preserving the feel of the room. Clean reveals, repeated door sizes, and organized hardware placement help the array read as one architectural feature instead of separate storage cabinets. That matters in a lounge where members see and use the cabinetry every time they visit.

Locker installations also have to respect how members actually use the space. Doors need to open cleanly, numbers and hardware need to be easy to read, and the overall bank has to feel organized even when the lounge is busy. The design focus was practical member access without sacrificing the finished look of the room.

Handcrafted Production & Woodworking Execution

Newsham’s Woodshop manufactured the locker arrays for commercial use, with glued, screwed, and dowel-joined cabinet construction for long-term stability. For humidified locker work, Newsham’s uses Sapele Mahogany interiors where specified, along with genuine Spanish Cedar false backs and fan-bar components to help move conditioned air through the system without exposing the mechanics.

Each compartment, door, and trim run was built to maintain consistent alignment across the full installation. The finished result gives Cigar Mojo secure member storage, a cleaner lounge presentation, and a revenue-supporting feature that feels built into the room rather than added later.

This type of installation is especially important for lounges that use lockers as part of customer retention. A properly built locker wall gives members a reason to come back, keeps personal cigar storage on site, and adds a permanent feature that supports the business instead of just filling wall space.

Proudly designed and manufactured in the USA by Newsham’s Woodshop.
