Newsham’s Woodshop manufactures custom store installation packages for cigar lounges, tobacconists, hospitality spaces, specialty retailers, and commercial environments where layout matters. These projects can include walk-in humidor components, Spanish Cedar racking, custom display cabinets, cigar lockers, checkout counters, wall fixtures, merchandising displays, and finish carpentry built around the actual retail footprint.
Retail Layout Engineering
Store installations can be planned around browsing paths, counter placement, humidor access, backstock zones, display sightlines, and how customers actually move through the space.
Humidor and Locker Integration
Walk-in humidor components, H-Series cabinets, custom lockers, and POS counters can be coordinated into one commercial millwork package instead of pieced together after the fact.
Commercial Shop Fabrication
Our 17,000 sq. ft. shop uses two 10-foot sliding table saws and four overhead CNC routers with cutting footprints up to 5′ x 12′.
For cigar environments, Newsham’s uses genuine Spanish Cedar where cigar contact and humidity behavior matter, along with premium hardwoods such as Sapele Mahogany for architectural finishes. Commercial display cases are glued, screwed, and dowel-joined to support airtight cabinet integrity and avoid the weak structural staples or nails common in low-quality mass-market imports.
