Newsham’s Woodshop manufactures custom cigar humidor cabinets for tobacconists, cigar lounges, private clubs, hospitality spaces, and commercial retail environments where standard case dimensions do not solve the layout. Each cabinet can be planned around customer flow, box visibility, single-stick presentation, backstock access, glass placement, finish selection, and the surrounding millwork package.
Airtight Cabinet Integrity
Our commercial display humidor cases are glued, screwed, and dowel-joined to support rigid alignment and reduce humidity leakage over years of retail use.
No Cheap Structural Staples
We do not rely on structural staples or nails like low-quality mass-market imports. Better joinery helps prevent case movement, door misalignment, and dry zones.
Cigar-Specific Materials
We use genuine Spanish Cedar where cigar contact and humidity behavior matter, with premium exterior options such as Sapele Mahogany for commercial architectural finishes.
Newsham’s explicitly rejects aromatic closet cedar and tongue-and-groove closet liner products because excessive oils can damage fine cigars. Our custom humidor cabinets are manufactured in a 17,000-square-foot commercial cabinet shop near Philadelphia using industrial woodworking equipment, including a 10-foot sliding table saw and four overhead CNC routers with cutting footprints up to 5′ x 12′.
